Last updated: August 4, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Lbi3.com, including its websites, applications, communication tools, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Marketplace role

Lbi3.com provides a platform where users can publish and discover listings and communicate with each other. Unless expressly stated, Lbi3.com is not a party to transactions between users and does not own, inspect, guarantee, deliver, employ, or endorse items, services, properties, jobs, or users.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into the activities you undertake. Information supplied to Lbi3.com must be accurate and current. You are responsible for your account, password, authentication codes, and activity. Do not sell, share, or transfer an account in a way that misleads others or weakens security.

3. Listings and user content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. Listings must be accurate, lawful, placed in the correct category, and supported by photos or claims you are allowed to use. Prices, fees, location, condition, availability, and material limitations must not be concealed. By submitting content, you give Lbi3.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Services.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not publish illegal or prohibited items; create deceptive, duplicate, or fraudulent listings; impersonate another person; scrape or overload the Services; bypass access controls; distribute malware; harvest personal data; manipulate reviews or engagement; send spam; discriminate unlawfully; threaten users; or use the Services to facilitate exploitation, violence, or financial fraud. The Prohibited Items Policy and Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

5. Transactions and safety

Users decide whether and how to transact. Check the identity and authority of the other party, inspect goods, verify documents, understand all costs, and use payment and delivery methods appropriate to the risk. Never share passwords or one-time codes. Lbi3.com cannot guarantee that a user will complete a transaction or that a listing is accurate.

6. Paid features

If paid plans, promotions, or other paid features are offered, the price and applicable conditions will be shown before purchase. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, fees for services already delivered may be non-refundable. A paid feature does not guarantee views, contacts, a sale, or a particular ranking.

7. Intellectual property

The Lbi3.com name, interface, software, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse them except as permitted by law or written authorization. Report content that you reasonably believe infringes your rights through the Contact page.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, limit, refuse, remove, or reclassify content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users, comply with law, or secure the Services. We may preserve or disclose information when legally required. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, and risk.

9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lbi3.com disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for user content, user conduct, off-platform communications, transactions, indirect loss, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. The updated date will be shown here, and material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
