Prohibited Items

Users may list only items, services, jobs, and opportunities that are lawful and permitted by Lbi3.com. This Policy gives common examples and is not exhaustive. Local law may be stricter.

Items and services that are not allowed

• Illegal goods or services: anything whose sale, possession, promotion, transport, or use is unlawful.
• Weapons and dangerous materials: prohibited firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon components, instructions for violent harm, and hazardous substances.
• Drugs and controlled substances: illegal drugs, unauthorized controlled medicines, drug-production materials, and products making unlawful medical claims.
• Stolen, counterfeit, or infringing goods: stolen property, fake branded products, pirated media, unauthorized access tools, and content that violates intellectual-property rights.
• Fraud and financial abuse: fake documents, accounts, payment credentials, money laundering, pyramid schemes, deceptive investments, guaranteed returns, and services designed to evade controls.
• Exploitation and adult services: trafficking, sexual services, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation of a person.
• Personal data and access: passwords, verification codes, hacked accounts, private databases, identity documents, or services that unlawfully obtain personal information.
• Unsafe or recalled products: recalled goods, dangerously modified products, contaminated goods, and products that fail mandatory safety requirements.
• Protected wildlife: unlawfully traded animals, endangered species, ivory, or products restricted by animal-welfare and conservation laws.
• Unlawful jobs, housing, or services: discriminatory offers, unpaid work presented deceptively, recruitment fees where prohibited, fraudulent rentals, academic cheating, or services enabling crime.

Regulated categories

Vehicles, property, financial services, healthcare, food, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco, animals, tickets, and other regulated categories may require licenses, disclosures, age limits, ownership documents, or may be unavailable in some locations. Permission to select a category does not mean every offer is legal.

Enforcement

Lbi3.com may reject, remove, or restrict a listing and may suspend an account when an offer creates legal, safety, fraud, or reputational risk. Users are responsible for understanding applicable law before posting. Report a prohibited listing through the available tools or Contact page; do not attempt to buy it as a test.
