Community Guidelines
Lbi3.com works best when listings are accurate and conversations are respectful. These Guidelines apply to public content, profiles, photos, messages, live-selling activity, and interactions connected to the Services.
Be honest and specific
- Use accurate titles, categories, locations, prices, photos, and descriptions.
- Disclose important defects, fees, conditions, eligibility rules, and commercial status.
- Publish only offers you are authorized and able to provide.
- Do not create duplicate, misleading, bait-and-switch, or unavailable listings.
Treat people with respect
Do not threaten, harass, shame, stalk, exploit, or encourage violence. Hate speech, sexual harassment, dehumanizing content, and unlawful discrimination are not allowed. Keep negotiations relevant and stop contacting a person who clearly asks you to stop.
Protect privacy and identity
Do not publish another person’s private address, identity document, financial details, login information, intimate content, or private messages without a lawful reason and permission. Do not impersonate people, businesses, charities, or Lbi3.com staff.
Keep the marketplace fair
Do not manipulate search, views, reports, ratings, referrals, or promotions. Do not use bots, scraping, spam, chain messages, or unauthorized commercial databases. Businesses must accurately represent their identity and comply with consumer, advertising, employment, and tax obligations that apply to them.
Publish suitable content
Content must comply with law, the Terms, and the Prohibited Items Policy. Photos and text should be relevant to the offer. Graphic, sexually exploitative, malicious, or dangerous content is not permitted. Live content follows the same rules as listings and messages.
Enforcement and reports
We may remove or limit content, reduce distribution, request verification, restrict features, or suspend accounts depending on context, severity, repetition, and risk. Use reporting tools in good faith. Do not file false reports to harm competitors or other users. When reporting, include the relevant link and a concise explanation.
